The Failure ID is "Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure". Your hard disk is either failing or has failed. Back up whatever data you can if the system still boots, then replace the hard disk. If you are in warranty HP will do this for you, otherwise any replacement is up to you.

 

It is then a case of reinstalling Windows (or using HP recovery media if you have it, the latest drivers from the HP web site and configure the system to your requirements.
