Hi @The3rd,
Welcome to the HP forums! It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community. I understand that your computer’s hard drive gives a message that it has failed and gives a failure code also.
Awesome job on diagnosing the issue correctly and performing some troubleshooting before posting your question on HP forums. Kudos to you on that score. Brilliant stuff! It is a privilege to work with tech-savvy and technically competent customers like you. We greatly value your business with HP and it is a genuine pleasure to assist you here.:)
The failure code clearly states that it is a hard drive that has failed and needs to be replaced. To do this please contact HP phone support by visiting this link to get the unit serviced. If the unit is under warranty, then it should ideally be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty to get it fixed.
To check the warranty status of your computer please visit this link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty/
HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:

(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
Hope this helps. Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Please reach out for any issues and I'll be there to assist you.
To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.
Take care now and have a splendid week ahead. 🙂
