HP ZBook Power 16 inch G11 Mobile Workstation PC (9A678AV)

I have a new zbook, which is normally a powerful laptop. But the fan is often noisy. The slightest task (web, ms word) and it goes crazy. I have carried out all the operations recommended on the forum (update, anti-virus, etc...) but no results. I find this extremely disappointing for an expensive laptop that is supposed to be of high end.

I'm looking for a way to slow down the processor, at the very least. Because that fan noise is driving me crazy.
