Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)

Hello, I am currently using an HP Victus 16. I often use an external keyboard when using the device. But the other day, when using the keyboard on my computer, I noticed that some keys were disabled such as (L-Ctrl, Cap-Lock, Tab, F1, R-Shift). Last week I used it normally, and since then I have only used the external keyboard. Can you guys help me figure out what's wrong with my keyboard and how to fix it

Best regards

@Victus1997,

Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!

Could you try another external keyboard in order to ascertain if your issue is hardware-related (faulty keyboard) or a software (setting) issue?

Kind Regards,

The external keyboard I use is still normal. But when using the keyboard on the device, there is a key error.

@Victus1997,

I understand.  My troubleshooting request was: please try a different keyboard to see if the same error persists and report back.

Kind Regards,
