Hi there,
My HP Laptop is not working. Sadly it's just outside the 1 year warranty. Not happy as it was £400.
It's not firing up/responding to on/off switch etc. Screen is completely blank.
Have done the usual of removing accessories & the battery and trying to reboot, but no response.
Caps lock blinks 5 slow followed by 3 quick blue lights which I've read means CPU not detected:-
3.5 (blink): Caps Lock LED slowly blinks white 3 times followed by 3 faster blinks CPU not detected Contact support for repair due to system board or CPU failure.
Going round in circles with the HP robot Virtual Agent which has referred me here for advice.
Is there anything I can do?
All help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
