Hi,
Thank you for reading my post.
I have a HP ENVY Notebook - 17-n062na (https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-envy-17-n000-notebook-pc/7771351/model/8429318) and I need to install a new bottom cover to my laptop.
Most of the screws for the existing bottom cover are missing and I need to buy replacement screws. I have gone to the manual (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04696907.pdf) of my laptop and tried to follow along the disassembly which helpfully names some of the screws. The key word is some. For example in the image below it does not tell me what screws are used for the battery bay.
I could just buy the HP Screw Kit for my laptop but I have not been able to find anywhere on the internet that sells 813683-001.
So my question is how do I find the screws that I need and where can I buy them?

Hi @uklaptopowner_9,
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the replacement screws kit.
You may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
Alternatively, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link.
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options". Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from, here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
