You're very welcome.
In W7, there used to be a Biometric devices category in the device manager, which was where the fingerprint sensor was listed.
Look under the Human Interface Devices category and see if it is listed there.
If it is not, then most likely there is a hardware failure of the fingerprint sensor.

Thank You Sir for your Help , i didnt find the fingerprint sensor listed on human interface devices
That's mean , is a hardware failure of the fingerprint sensor as you said . i will check that , but i want know if there is any software could detect the failure of a device or devices that is not working , and Thank you again.

You're very welcome.
HP does have the 4 in 1 diagnostic utility.
You will need a 4 GB USB flash drive for this.
I have never used it before, so I don't know exactly what it does.
TITLE: HP PC Diagnostics 4-in-1
VERSION: 4.1.0.0 REV: A PASS: 1.0
DESCRIPTION:
This package installs HP PC Diagnostics on a USB flash drive.
The flash drive can be used on HP Notebook and Desktop PCs to diagnose potential hardware and system faults.
