Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So when i try to set up my finger print with windows 10... it just says "We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint"

And my fingerprint won't show up on the device manager either... (it should be under "Biometrics" but it ain't there)... 

I even installed the drivers and everything but nothing seems to work... 

Can somebody help me pls 🙂

It is an option. Did you buy this option ? If not, your machine has an small window but it does not have the sensor/reader underneath.

 

If you wish, you can buy 2 parts as mentioned on page 21 of the following manual (item (8))

Page 56 shows you how to install it. You can order from
