I basically need help getting my fingerprint scanner up and running. I've exhausted all the possible methods I know of but have failed. From checking BIOS to watching Yuoutube videos to the HP support assistant, nothing seems to work. Windows hello just keeps saying..."Option currently not available"

Not all HP ProBook 430 G8 machines have FingerPrint option. Did you buy this option at the beginning ? If you wish, you can buy the following parts and install to your machine
Fingerprint sensor (includes gasket) part # M03431-001
NOTE:The fingerprint sensor cable is available in the Cable Kit, spare part number M46281-001
Regards.

The laptop has what seems to be a fingerprint sensor at the bottom right of the keyboard. And I also have the biometric drivers in my device manager so I should have it. And to add, I get the errror "Access Denied" when I try to install fingerprint drivers.
