Product: Envy 15 K203 NL

Ciao a tutti,

Il mio HP Envy 15-K203NL (L0Y76EA#ABZ) è bloccato in un loop di avvio con una schermata nera . Credo di dover aggiornare il BIOS, ma il firmware non è più disponibile sul sito di supporto HP .

Ho controllato ovunque ma non riesco a trovarlo. Il PC è inutilizzabile senza.

Qualcuno ha trovato un modo per ottenere questo specifico firmware BIOS? Qualsiasi aiuto o suggerimento sarebbe molto apprezzato.

The latest BIOS update is could find is (F.57).
