Fix Fan error (90b) - Fan Working on Low Rpm

Few week Ago when i was using My Laptop HP ENVY x360 - 15-BQ003AU it was working fine 

Unless i re-start it. I got an error showing Fan error 90b.

So i went to Hp website and got everything i have to do to fix this ...

1. Restore Bio 

2. Clean Fan 

3. Hard Reset 

4. And if that doesn't work replace the Fan 

I manually tried all the Software related work by myself And Also tried to Blow Air from Wents.

But nothing work so i took my laptop to local store . In this service they will clean All the dust inside it and Change thermal paste. i gave them,

after 2 days They return me back and said your fan is not working properly (low Rpm) you have to change fan and  your Laptop Fan is not available. So i took my laptop to Hp exclusive Store for this fix then i explained everything to them they Said your laptop fan is not available.

What to Do Now ?

Win - 10 64 bit 

On Fan there is 

TPN- W127

TPN- W128

I live in india And this Laptop is Australia Model 

There is No amazon /ebay/newegg seller who deliver this Fan to india.

I tried alot to get this Fan but no one is Supplying to India can Hp official Help me to Get this Fan. I found one Supplier but he dont have stock

 will this Fan Fit Perfectly? Or Number Suggest by you will 924328-001

Both part numbers are listed in the ad. I would say it will work. HP will no longer have one in stock and they are not going to get one from a third party and send it to you. If worse comes to worse, amazon.com and ebay have an international shipping service where if you can find a place to buy it (UK, Germany, Italy) you can get it shipped to India.
