I was using my laptop (which was not plugged in at the time) when it suddenly shutdown (I think there was a warning that the battery is about to be empty but it shutdown before I could connect the charger). So, I found the charger and connected it but ut does not start anymore. Nothing happens when I press the power button. When I plugged in the charger, there is q flashing orange light and it just keeps blinking, even if unplug the charger. I unplugged the charger hoping the light will stop blinking, it has been around more than qn hour, it is still blinking.
Anyone has that problem before? Any suggestions?
Thank you very much

Hi@shahzadcr7, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I did some research and found a couple of documents for you based on the issue you had described.
The first document is called HP Notebook PCs - Battery Does Not Power Notebook or Hold a Charge. This document says "If the battery indicator LED, located near the power icon, either does not glow or always blinks, there is a battery problem. Your computer might operate correctly when it is connected to the power adapter, but not when using battery power."
The next couple of documents are to help with troubleshooting.
1. HP Notebook PCs - Testing and Calibrating the Battery (Windows
2. HP Notebook PCs - Using and Testing the AC Power Adapter.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
