HP Pavilion DV7-3111ea
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

*Model: HP Pavillion DV7-3111ea

*OS: Windows 7 64 Bit

*Problem: LCD Screen Flickering Issue

Hi all,

I got DV7-3111ea laptop which i am still using currently for light browsing and watching movies. But a few years ago,

the screen starts to flicker and it got worst. I am able to use it with the help of an external monitor. After researching it online over the years and asking all the computer shop to repair it, most of them wont take it due to the hassle of replacing a faulty LCD flex cable.

So i decided i want to repair it myself since there is no harm done. Now  the problem is i cant find the right flex cable for my laptop model. May i know which flex cable laptop model is compatible with mine? Also how may i know the flex cable compatible code? And how do i know if my flex cable is 30 pr 40 pins without opening my laptop first. Any site/page for me to check the part list? Sorry, first time here.

Thank you.
