Help pls f9 and f10 Fn key not working many times upgrading drivers but still not working this happend after upgrade to windows 10

i aslo have same problem recently i purchased HP ELITEBOOK 840 G2, my brightness keys are not working f9 and f10 .........please help me.

I have that problem with my HP640 Probook. F9 and F10 cannot adjust brightness even on pressing simultaneously with fn key
