Hello, I can't seem to get connected to chat support at all, even though I'm well inside the operational window so I thought I'd ask here. I have several questions I wish someone would just clarify with Me about the HP Spectre x360 15t, Product Number 5KC45AV_1. I've also searched for this and it came up under "15t-df100 CTO" but I don't know why it's designated that.
My questions can probably be satisfied by an official/full/detailed spec sheet that I can't seem to find anywhere, and they're basically:
1. (I'm sure I know the answer to this already but I'll ask anyway) Is the GTX 1650 a regular version or a Max-Q?
2. (This also kind of seems like a dumb question, but) Is there a way for the laptop to automatically recognize it's orientation and rotate the screen?
The rest are a ton of questions about screen that could be solved by having a model/panel number:
3. Is it glossy or matte?
4. Nits? (Brightness)
5. Response Time? (ms)
6. Refresh Rate? (Hz)
7. HDR Compatible or does it matter with AMOLED?
8. Screen Power Consumption?
9. Protective Coating?
10. sRGB/Adobe RGB Coverage?
I was wondering if maybe I should put something in the Samsung discussion board because it's an AMOLED display, but I'm not sure. I'm very picky with My products and any help is definitely appreciated!

Hello @DeckardBell,
I'd be very willing to answer all your questions as I'm quite enthusiastic about the Spectre lineup but the problem is that HP hasn't provided the Service Manual for the new refresh so I can't answer many of your questions. I'll get back to you, if you want, once the manual is available since I've requested it.
- Not sure
- Yes, it has auto-rotate so as long as rotation lock is not enabled, it will automatically switch in and out of tablet mode or portrait mode
- Most likely glossy, matte isn't really common on premium devices besides perhaps the Dell XPS
- Need manual
- Need manual
- Most likely 60Hz unless you're getting the HP Sure View model which is actually equipped with a 120Hz panel, which most people aren't aware of and HP doesn't openly discuss for some odd reason
- Yes, it is HDR compatible
- Some 15" models may come with Intel's low power 1W panel but I'm not quite sure, need manual
- Probably, manufacturers don't really discuss this, all I know is that it uses Gorilla glass, which is really strong
- Need manual
By the way, the CTO refers to a custom build so you can't really search up the specifications online considering that it's custom specced. Also, f you find a Spectre x360 15" review on a website such as www.notebookcheck.net, you might be able to obtain some comprehensive information.
