Hello all, on my journey to making a somewhat slow laptop a bit faster for casual gaming I have done the most that I can think to make it faster in low to mid range games. I have installed the following:
Intel Killer BE200 1750x & BT 5.4 WiFi7
Kingston FURY Impact 32GB 3200MT/s DDR4 CL20
WD_Black SN850X 2TB
Other than that I’m not really sure what else, if anything, I can do since it seems at this point the CPU is the bottleneck.

Actually the issue is the CPU, chipset and the lack of a discrete GPU with plenty of VRAM.
Higher tier laptops designed for gaming have those issues covered.
