Product: HP Envy X360 M6 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. My G, H, Backspace and ' Keys have randomly decided to stop working on my computer. It is a HP Envy X360 M6 Convertible that is not too old, probably only two years or so. The keys will work occasionally but not a whole lot. And it is only those specific keys, everything else works fine. I have tried to use the on-screen keyboard, and that works perfectly, but the keys on the keyboard do not. Can someone please help me out? I am a college student taking online classes and I really need my keyboard to work.

Please use a can of compressed air to blow under the area first.
