Greetings HP Community!

 

I recently bought an HP Pavilion 15-EG2058TX laptop on June 13, 2023 that includes a GCash voucher worth of Php 6000. The retail store told me that I will be able to process and upload the requirements 1 week after my purchase. However, as I was filling-up the necessary fields, I cannot proceed to the next step since it says that the purchase date is out of range. 

 

I am asking for a technical support to claim my Gcash voucher. I hope this concern can reach the HP Promotions Philippines. Thank you.
