Glitching and flickering of screen and battery charging issue

Hello, I use a hp pavilion 15 which I got new, fresh out of the box, it’s been about3 years now. 

1. My battery takes hours to move from 70 to 76 and won’t charge past 76% 

when I’m using the pc (on battery power) once it gets to 30% it just shuts down giving me no alert prior, this just started about a month ago 
2.  I realised that after hours of using my pc, it starts responding slowly and then starts glitching. I’ll have to restart it more than once before it goes back to acting normal. This is about 3 months ago.

3. And just recently when immediately I use the touchpad or keyboard the glitches start to the point the screen becomes black after restarting the pc it goes back to acting normal.

mind you I use my laptop a lot, about 7 hours a day 

I used to have a windows 10 and later I downloaded 11 

I really need help, as my pc is such a need to me

After 3 years of hard daily use it is almost certainly time for a new battery. I would replace the battery and see if the other problems persist. The new battery is far from certain to fix the other issues but sometimes a battery can be so bad it causes other problems.

i reset my pc and I haven’t seen the flickering and glitching again 

I’ll have to get a new battery as you have suggested as the battery issue still persists.

Hello

i got my battery changed 

but the pc will not still on now 

after the battery change I let it charge till that light turn white from orange

when I switch the laptop on, the power button light switches on(white) but after about 3 seconds it goes off and the pc won’t switch on 

what’s happening now ?
