Not booting - HD failure - Messagem: failure in long DTS

My original system was windowns 7.1 (64 bits) updated by microsoft to windows 10 64 bit home version

In regarding replacement of the hardware, no problem. My question is about reinstaling the operational system.
Should I let the windows 10 install and after replace or install the proper drivers from HP site or keep the generic ones installed by microsoft?
