Product: Hp 15-Ay513tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new SSD for my laptop (HP 15-Ay513tx). I wanted to use the SSD as my primary drive while still using the HDD in CD-ROM Caddy for storage only. The problem is, the hdd is showing in raw format and i tried to format it to NTFS from disk management and dispart but it is not working. It shows an I/O error and disk management takes forever to format. What should I do in this case ?
