HI, everyone today I tried to turn on my laptop but it got stuck every time with the HP logo, then I tried to enter the BIOS and started a component test and the following error was found:

 

ID ERROR: GUVX6J-8N29PC-XD7UQ1-60QD03

Hi:

 

That code means you have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.  The hard drive R & R procedure can be found in chapter 6.

You may want to consider purchasing a better performing, normally more reliable 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 by using the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable W10 USB installer.
