HP ZBook Studio G4 Mobile Workstation

Hi All,

I'm interested in buying the following laptop

hp zbook studio g4 mobile workstation

 

it comes with a 512 SSD, but I'd like to know if there's room in the laptops body for adding a hard drive (~1TB) .

No it uses M.2 storage only not a 2.5 inch regular hard drive. It can however, hold a pair of M.2 disks. See p. 41 of the manual here:

 

Manual

 

You can see the M.2 disk half off the page on the right of the image. There is a slot for a second M.2 at right angles below the primary M.2. You need to get an M.2 disk and a bracket to install it.
