I agree and will also add..
If you don't have your own money, then let financial aid pay for this if its the only model they will accept.
Just know that its a very entry level model, very basic. It wont be a speed demon in anyway but it will get the job done.
It will handle all that you asked about with the exception of Video Editing.
Of course this also depends on how extensive the editing is, the size of files used and the video editor program installed. The little AMD dual core will be slow at rendering as its only 1.5 Ghz base.
Since it only comes with 4 GB of ram, you will need to upgrade the memory so it can handle video editing more efficiently. It will take up to 16GB of DDR4 2400.
Here is the official part used... 4 GB 862397-855 so you can order another and give yourself 8GB.
Or if you want to max it out at 16GB, you can use this website to get an idea of what to look for.
Rule of thumb, always use ram sticks that have the same specs, dont mix and match.
It states model bw015 but will work for the bw066nr notebook also...

If Video editing is your passion, then go for a PC that has all the CPU you can afford and not a measly 1.5 GHz base model like above. Video rendering will take all your CPU, so the better the processor, the faster it will get the rendering done.
You don't have to have a gaming video card per say, but depending on what you do, GPU power helps. But you do need as much cpu and ram as you can afford (16GB if possible).
I prefer an i7 7700, but with AMD Ryzen out now, its got great bang for buck value as the laptop versions start coming out soon. But whatever, if you need one now, you need it now.
Adobe Premiere Pro system requirements...

Good Luck.
