I bought HP Envy 13.3" Intel Evo Platform Laptop - 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 - 1080p - Windows 11 in March- 22, and suddenly hinge came off , It is under 2 years warranty but HP is declining the warranty because there is a small dent on other side of the laptop. Very weird response from HP ..
I bought it for my KID when he was planning to go to college , now within 2 years of his college .. this laptop will be useless ..
I search the google and found this is a known issue and saw several consumer complaining same issue ..
It is very frustrating and for sure I will never buy HP Laptop and may return few product which are returnable ?

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out as it requires advance support or repair.

2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

I bought HP Envy 13.3" Intel Evo Platform Laptop - 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 - 1080p at Costco on 03/11/2022 and something happened to me. It appeared that these laptop are designed to last 2 years. I hardly ever used my. My has no dents at all, it just happen to be that I was using it and suddenly it turned off out of nowhere.
This is very frustrating that it happened as soon as the warranty expired.
