On a HP 14-df1020nr:

What is the maximum RAM supported?

Are there two RAM slots?

What size (length) is the M.2 SSD?

What is the max capacity M.2 drive supported?

1. Max RAM is 32 gigs which would be a pair of 16gb DDR4-2400 SO-DIMMs so yes it has 2 slots. 

2. The M.2 SSD is a 2280 form factor so the disk is 80 mm long and 22mm wide. 

3. There is no limit to the capacity of M.2 SSD that can be installed other than what the market makes available and your budget. 2 TB SATA and NVME M.2 SSDs are widely available and would work fine. I have seen larger ones particularly SATA and that would work fine, too. SATA or PCIe/NVME type M.2 SSDs are supported.
