hp pavilion 15-bc019nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I've purchased a pavilion 15-bc019nl with an 8 GB SDRAM DDR4-2133 RAM (2x4) and I'd want to upgrade to a 16 GB (2x8). However I can't find out the maximum RAM supported by the laptop.
Thank you in advance.

You can do it, but HP will not let you keep the warranty if something goes wrong in the process.

Go to the Crucial site and use the Crucial System Scanner. It will tell you what it will support and they tell you the Max support memory and guarantee the recommended upgrade.

The PC is still in shipping so I can't use that. Is there an other way?

Being a volunteer, I am not able to find any definitive information on the HP support page for that model.

Thank you very much. I'll do it as soon as the warranty expires.
