Hello,
I have recently bought a HP 15-bs162sa, unfortunately i have bought it used so i do not have the manual.
I would like to as if this model fits m.2 SSDs, and if so, is it NVMe or SATA.
Many thanks.

Riddle, he is asking about a 15-bs162sa which came with an i5-8250U.
Wrong manual.
The 15-bs162sa can utilize an M.2 Sata SSD. But yours came with a 1 TB HDD (mechanical hard drive) already.
There is not an extra M.2 slot in addition to the HDD. You would have to remove the existing HDD and replace it with an adapter bracket and harness, to be able to install the M.2 SSD in its place.
Not worth the cost.
If you want more speed from your drive, replace the HDD with a 2.5 inch Sata SSD instead. You wont have to mess with purchasing an expensive bracket that way.
