Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 17-bs0xxx laptop bought from QVC.  I want to know if laptop can add a second hard drive and can a SSD be installed.

Not much info on the internet on this laptop model.  I'm helping out a friend who had this laptop sitting in the box for a year.  Crucial Tech website couldn't even identify this model for any ram and ssd upgrades.  Anyone know where I could get a manual for this laptop.  Thanks in advance.

It's a windows 10 operating system.

I gave back the laptop to my friend.  I reformatted and did a clean install of windows 10.
