Like many others that have had this issue, after the 1 year limited warranty was up-the hinge started separating. Like most, I had no idea this would progress so far. HP-please fix this. This should not be an issue when I have cared for this laptop relentlessly to ensure I wouldn't damage it the entire time I've had it. Someone needs to contact me about a repair ASAP.
