Hello I have a:
HP 245 G9 Notebook 8Gb RAM Ryzen 3 3250U
I was thinking about getting a pair of 16 Gb Corsair Vengeance so I can upgrade it to 32Gb. Would you recommend it?, or should I go with another brand?.
Sorry I'm new into this, hope to get an answer.

Hi:
You don't need to install performance memory in your notebook.
I suggest you use the standard memory that HP uses with the standard CL specs.
Two of these should work:
Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
