HP 255 G8 (45M81ES) upgrade

Hello!

I want to buy a laptop HP 255 G8 45M81ES (detailed information).
This specification is not available on hp.com .
It was difficult to find such information (download pdf).
After the purchase, I want to immediately upgrade: install 16GB RAM and install SSD 2.5 SATA 500GB.
After watching the video  I was able to determine the model of the installed RAM: 937236-855.
After watching the review I managed to find out the characteristics of RAM: 8GB, DDR4-3200, CL 22-22-22-52.
Latency seems high to me.
Can I install 2x8GB, DDR4-3200, CL 16-18-18-36?
This laptop model does not have a cable and a board with a SATA connector for connecting an SSD 2.5 SATA. How can I find out their part numbers?
Maybe someone has already done this?

HP installs memory that runs at the fastest clock speed and lowest latency the motherboard is capable of operating at. Lots of sad stories here of people who have tried to speed up their HP laptops with "performance" or "gaming" memory. Best case, you install, it works but runs the same as the factory memory.
