Hi All!
My HP 455 G3 Notebook has a very big problem. Its Battery connected, charging. 0 percent is available.
I have tried all the things that have been proposed in each forum. The laptop was hardly used, it was only for a long time off in its factory box. Now it works out of an external power source as I pull it out, it switches off immediately.
What can I do?
I tried to disable the ACPI battery at the device manager. Then the hardware changes reinstalled this. Then it seemed that charging started but stopped after 1 minute.
I tried the battery removal and the power button for about 1 minute, but it did not help.
There is no total working time of 3 hours in the battery. The battery is almost brand new.
Please help me! Have U got any solution without buying a new battery.

If you have tried everything, then you should be able to provide the Windows generated battery report.
Have you tried to run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic utilty battery test or the battery test in the HP Support assistant?
What were the results?
Kindly post that information in your next reply.
BTW, batteries do not last forever and in fact, across the notebook PC manufacturing industry, they are guaranteed for one year.

I tried to run a battery test with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows, and the result is that:
Battery Test: unsuccessful
AC Test: unsuccessful
The laptop was off for a long time.
The battery is completely discharged and can not start charging.
Can not you crack to start recharging?

It all depends on what you mean for "a long time". If you mean in excess of a year and the battery is already a few years old, then the battery may be no longer serviceable. It will depend on the reults of the Windows battery report.
Boot into Windows and a command line window (with admin priveleges). See the image below and replicate the commands.
When you enter the c:\Windows\system32\battery-report.html command and press enter, your default browser will display the battery report that Windows has generated.
Kindly post the result as seen at the bottom of the report here in your thread.

Look at the last detail of the battery report.
It would help if you provided more information from the battery report.
I asked you to invoke the report for a reason.
I will not make a guess when I can give intelligent advice based on the report.

I've done the battery report.
An html document was generated so I can not upload it here because it is 10 pages. I can make a pdf format, but it can not be uploaded, just image format. Can you give me your email address to send you the pdf document or you may have another idea. Thanks for the help.
