Hey there, 

 

I have an HP notebook. We replaced HP battery 6 months ago with serial number: [text omitted to protect user privacy]. The battery is not functioning. 

 

Could you please tell us the warranty end date?

Are you getting warnings or errors?

 

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
