Hello,

I am a high school student and i use my laptop daily for 5 hours straight. During this time a lot of activity is done. The laptop's speaker area gets very hot. Earlier i had a program called HP Coolsense that helped with it. It was very helpful. Everytime I played games or rendered videos it helped keeping the pc cool. Now it doesn't seem to work. I just use a browser and it gets suppeeer hot in the speaker area and the bottom surface. Whenever i switch on coolsense in the app it cools down and when I quit the app it gets hot again. Everytime I quit the app the feature turns off. Please tell me a solution to this. I also tried installing hp coolsense 2.0 but it says "Do u want to download .NET framework", if i click no it exits and if I click yes it takes me to a microsoft webpage. i tried installing .NET but whenever I run the setup it says .NET is already installed.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the newer HP Command Center app from the Microsoft store.

It has a 'coolsense' application as part of its features.
