I've installed windows 7 Home Premium 32 and also installed Snow Transformation Pack 1.5. I used it and deleted some kind of hotkeys 1, 2, 3, 4. I didn't made restore point before using it. Now i want to use original Windows 7 without any extra extentions. Everything is almost OK except touch-sensitive buttons. The volume up, volume down, and mute doesn't work anymore. When I touch these buttons, they are lighting but without a result.
Can anyone help me with this kind of problem. Is the a way to configure these touch-sensitive buttons (enable/disable)?

Than you for a solution, but I have to say that it didn't help me.
I found a solution from forum in notebookreview.com. Solution quite simple:
"Shut down the computer, unplug the adapter, take out the battery, and hold on the POWER button for about 45 seconds, THEN reinsert the batter and all and start the computer" and it helped!
Hopefully it helps someone else too...

Hi:
I think you need to install the QLB driver.

Hi:
I'm glad the hard reset method worked for you.
Here is the link for that procedure from HP.
Best Regards,
Paul
