Thank your very much for new info!!! (Could you tell me WHAT FREQUENCY must be at DDR RAM to my lap top? Or could you give me the links to the examples of models of DDR RAM which fit my lap top? )

Hi:

 

The specs in the last link I posted state PC-2700 (333 MHz).  See page 5 of the quickspecs.

 

This is an example of PC-2700 memory...a 1 GB memory module.

Thank you again very much for your clear and detailed answers! So, now I'll try to find this type of RAM somewhere (because unfortunately there's already no this type of RAM (DDR) in the computer store in our town)

You may have to order the memory from an online retailer, or ask your local PC shop to order you a kit.
