Probably NOT. Why?
Because with hardware that old (XP-era) it's unlikely that there would be any Win10 drivers for it, and with laptops, that is critical for the laptop to be able to function. IF some components don't work, you can't just swap them out for new ones like you can in a desktop.
Then there is the problem of no Upgrade Path -- in which you change the OS version, but retain your data, settings and applications. You would lose Everything because you would have to do a clean install.
Then there is the problem of license cost. There is no free upgrade to Win10 from anything older than Win7. You would have to buy a license with no guarantee that the upgrade would even work.
