Does HP produce or recommend and equivalent utility for CoolSense? I cannot control my fans in Linux.

Sorry, but HP does not provide consumer-level Linux support -- so your question would be better presented to the community support forum for the Linux distro you are using. 

 

They often have lists of recommendations for Linux alternatives for common Windows applications.
