HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc5xx Series 5CD8062DDP

Hello,

First of all, my notebook is HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc5xx Series 5CD8062DDP, which for some reason the cc5xx dosnt appear and when i search with 5CD8062DDP it gives me the 15-cc504la for some reason i dont understand and thats what it says my HP support assistant.

just yesterday i reset my pc normally and didnt have any problems and when i finished installing and updating everything i noticed that the HP Coolsense icon does not appear anymore and it can't be found while using the search bar. A quick look at Programs and Components, i found that HP COOLSENSE is installed and its the 2.22.2 version, i tried repair it but it didnt work.

I found these pages that try to resolve the problem but it didnt work out. Some gave me an exe called sp67743 which tried to install HP COOLSENSE but since its an older version than 2.22.2 it rejected the install. I wanted to reinstall it but i found it here https://hp-coolsense.updatestar.com/es but i dont know if its real or not

Here are the pages that i found most relevant. In one it speaks that HP coolsense is no longer supported in the pavilion 15 series but mine is not on the list which means that HP coolsense works.

Also HP Coolsense DOSNT appear in the task manager.

Firstly your machine is one model/product of the 15-cc5xx (xx can be from 00 to 99) series therefore you can find REAL model / product of your machine in HP Support Assistant and 15-cc504la is the right one.

How did you install Coolsense in the first place ?

Thanks for the answer but the page you have given its seems to be an old version that i have already tried to do and i even posted your link on the links that i have already tried.

 

As for HP Coolsense, since i did a reset that removed everything then it must have been fabrication installed. 

So i uninstall it and try to reinstaill it again??..

I also provided a link to download the lastest version i found which is the 2.22.2.

The link you gave, gives an older version too. DO i just install that one and later upgrade HP coolsense?
