How does one get in touch with HP technical support.  I have been trying to get in touch with someone for several days and I am still unsuccessful.  I have a laptop that is under warranty and the keyboard is not working correctly and I have gone through all the diagnostics and followed the directions on HP website.  At some point, HP needs to provide ability for a customer to talk to an HP employee to get an issue resolved.

 

Does someone please know how to get in touch with an HP employee regarding a product still under warranty?

To contact HP Support see the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:


Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
 
Case number and phone number appear.

There is no  "Still need help....." link.  This is ridiculous that it is so hard to contact HP.

I did a Windows 10 Reset and I still have the same issue.  I have been working on this for couple weeks and need a resolution.  The laptop is not working as expected and I am still within the warranty period.  I have continued to try the recommendations provided by HP Support.  At this time, I feel the laptop needs to be replaced or fixed instead of continuing additional software changes.

 

Why does the support staff go dark for days?  I have been trying to reach an HP support staff Since Sunday morning?
