HP Dragonfly 13.5 inch G4 Notebook PC (6Q257AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

If anyone is having issues with the built in web cam (IR Camera) intermittently crashing  In Teams / Zoom calls and/or Windows Hello for Business sign-ins on the HP Dragonfly 13.5 inch G4 Notebook PC on Windows 11 there is a updated Intel driver on the Microsoft Service Catalog that fixes it.  here https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=63.22000.10.17154

Its the Intel - Camera - 63.22000.10.17154 - dated 9/11/2024  91.7mb cab file.

there is also a softpaq version of the driver  which is HP sp156498.exe but this (rather unhelpfully) isn't on the HP website / HPIA yet but if you contact HP support they can send you a link to it.

Can you past the ftp link here? My HP support rep claim there is not softpaq exe called sp156498.exe

sorry I don't have a public ftp link

If you ask the case to be escalated to 2nd line support with HP then hopefully they can supply it to you.

I've asked them to escalate. I'm confused as to why it's so difficult to find.
