Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

My HP ENVY 13-ab016nr Notebook hinge is broken and I'm not able to close it properly. I used this laptop only for my professional use and I see this as a common issue occurring in these models. 

 

This is definitely a design flaw and I would like to get my laptop fixed.
