Problem is still persisted.  The laptop was fully charged before I shut it down 2 days ago.  Now, I have not use  the laptop for 2 days, and the laptop is down to 32% battery after booted up.

I entered into BIOS, but unable to locate the advanced options > Power USB.

Thanks for reporting.

 

(1) The problem should already be solved by the bios update, but it's not working...

(2) Do you have valid HP warranty ?

 

Check HP warranty status:

HP support

If status (date) is wrong:

--->>> HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status
