HP Recommended

I replaced the keyboard on my HP ENVY M6-N010DX after putting it back together the touchscreen that was before now no longer shows up in the device manager nor works

Question I checked the cable it is in a eBayer says it maybe the video cable but my question is

if the touchscreen is not showing up in device manager or working  and the Video is working can it still be a bad cable ? or is it the touchscreen digitizer if it is the touchscreen digitizer can it be replaced or is it the screen needs to be replaced
