My HP ENVY Notebook Product ID - W2K87UA#ABA has been overheating and shutting down constantly. HP CoolSense is On. I see tiny hex screws in the back of the notebook. None of my metric or British hex key or allen wrench would fit. How do I unscrew those tiny hex screws to open the back so that I can troubleshoot overheating, e.g. cleaning a fan? Do I need a special tiny hex key designed for it (what size and where to buy) or some pressure sensitive hex wrench?

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 5, pp 24 - 25 have the procedure for removing the bottom cover.

You do not use hex or allen wrenches for the screws.
You need a Torx screwdriver kit. Make sure it includes the T5 size, as that is what the manual indicates the screw size is.
