I am still waiting for a PM or any further information about this. What is HP going to do for me about this problem? Clearly I am not the only person who this faulty laptop has affected.  I am one extremely unhappy customer.

Hi, I am having the same problem as others, my laptop has been broken for over a year and I had to buy a replacement. I would still like a chance to fix this problem, as the laptop always worked well and I would like to continue using it in the future. Please refer me to the appropriate address that I can discuss this further. Mine is the m6-1178sa model.
