Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13m-ag0xxx not working with dell wd19s docking station and the light keeps blinking. The laptop recognizes the docking station for a second and then disappears and it happens over and over again. I have two new monitors and trying to connect them using the dell dock but can't. Any help would be appreciated or how can I resolve this issue or any different ways that I can user my monitors

Thanks!

The issue you're facing may be related to compatibility or driver problems. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot: Update Drivers: Ensure that both your laptop's graphics drivers and the Dell WD19S docking station firmware are up to date. Check USB-C Port: Make sure the USB-C port on your HP ENVY is capable of video output (DisplayPort or Thunderbolt support). Some USB-C ports only support data transfer and charging. Try a Different Cable: Test with a different USB-C to USB-C cable, as the current one might be faulty. Use HDMI/DisplayPort Directly: If the dock still doesn't work, connect the monitors directly to the laptop's HDMI or USB-C ports (if available) as an alternative. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the dock may not be fully compatible with your laptop model.
