Hi @MMELSHESH

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Battery Capacity Insight

  • The original battery for the HP ENVY x360 15-ed1xxx typically has a design capacity of 51,000–55,000 mWh
  • A reading of 39,410 mWh suggests the battery health is around 70–75%, which can lead to shorter runtime and unexpected shutdowns

If your usage involves frequent unplugged sessions, a replacement is advisable.

Replacement requests are best addressed over the phone with our dedicated support team for your region.
