I did a battery check and the battery is 85.5% which is not bad at all.

What other reason could there possibly be? Please try to help in anyway I'm desperate for a solution.

Thank you very much

the total charge capacity is at 85.5%, remember the total charge capacity is not what windows marks, it is what the battery can receive at the moment, your problem has no other solution than to change the battery if you do not like its performance of 2 hours. Batteries degrade over time and last less and less hours.

You have no warranty, that means you have a computer that is more than 1 year old, so the battery loses charge like any other battery that exists, it loses charge over time.
